At this time, Gilly International Ltd will be shipping worldwide except to the following countries: North Korea, Somaliland, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Central African Republic, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Liberia and Somalia.
All orders are shipped with DHL. Shipping time depends on your location. Please allow up to 8 business days although most orders are delivered earlier and up to 12 business days in case of customization (adding your name or initials to the front page of the agenda or refill).
All orders above €200 are eligible for free worldwide shipping. Orders under €200 have a flat shipping rate of €45.
Please note that DHL does not deliver to P.O. boxes or hotels.

Return Policy
Gilly International Ltd will gladly accept returns and refund the item. Items to be returned must be send back to us in perfect, unused, new condition in their original packaging with all original hologram stickers and Certificate of Authenticity attached. You must first contact us through the return form found at the bottom of our website. Mail your returned items to the following address: Bulgaria, Sofia 1000, 88 G.S. Rakovski Blvd., floor 1, office 5, Phone number for the purposes of delivery: +359 877 861 900. You must first contact us through the present Returns Form. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted. Note that you must ship the item back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product. All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item you no longer wish to keep and place a new order.

You may purchase products from this site only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Custom duties and export VAT
Standard Bulgarian VAT rate of 20% is charged to all orders within the European Union. This is included in the prices displayed on the site. For those countries that are outside the EU, VAT will be removed from the total of your order at the checkout stage. Please note that for those countries, you will be liable to pay the country’s VAT as well as any relevant import duties and taxes. Gilly International Ltd assumes no responsibility in those packages held in customs if those charges are not settled by the customer. The customer has the sole responsibility for the formal clearance of the order. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
